Pricing & billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month to month with no commitment, or yearly if you choose annual billing. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
You have three options: buy a credit pack for extra minutes, upgrade to a higher tier, or trim the file. Your audio is never lost, uploaded files wait until you have quota.
Do credit packs expire?
Yes, credits are valid for 6 months from purchase, and unused minutes expire after that. Credits work with any plan and stack on top of your monthly quota.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever: 60 minutes a month, 20 minutes max per file, all 41 languages, and one AI summary per week. No credit card required.
